Then I was broken and dirty as well, so I started to ride the trains to be great fun, (bike and Monkey optional) turned out.
This era history. In the last decade or so KAI, the national railway company, has dramatic improvements in service, made with clean, modern, air-conditioned and boring trains. All used hand-me-downs from Japan, of course, and they have brought along the Japanese boredom with them.One excellent service you might be interested in the recently renovated line of Bogor Paledang station, employs just over the road from Bogor Station, all the way to Sukabumi and beyond to Cianjur. KAI has set with six cars in a thick German diesel, three times running on the day - and it is no longer the holiday-in-Buchwald jamming together.
